Bag Filter
Structure and working principle:Bag filter is a versatile filtration equipment with a novel structure, small size, easy and flexible operation, energy saving, high efficiency, closed operation, and strong applicability. Bag filter is a pressure type filtration device, mainly composed of filter cylinder body, filter cylinder cover, quick opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcement mesh and other main components. The filtrate flows into the filter bag through the side inlet pipe of the filter housing. The filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcement basket, and the liquid can permeate through the filter bag of the required fineness level to obtain qualified filtrate. Impurities particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient for replacing filter bags, and there is basically no material consumption in filtration.

Bag filter specifications:
Bag filter machines are divided into single bag filter machines, multi bag filter machines, and sandwich filter machines. Multi bag filter machine, suitable for high flow filtration. From 2 bags to 24 bags, the specifications are complete, with inlet and outlet flange diameters ranging from 50mm to 450mm, and a single machine flow rate of 90-1000m3/h. Fast opening design is available, making filter bag replacement very convenient. It is also suitable for situations where the filter bag needs to be replaced after a longer period of time. The multi bag filter has a large volume and heavy top cover, making it difficult for one worker to operate. Adding a rocker arm device to this filter can reduce labor costs and meet customer requirements.
Filtering operation and precautions:
The Weifu filter is easy to operate. When in use, simply install the filter bag of the required fineness level inside the filter cartridge, check if the O-ring seal is intact, and then tighten the ring bolt of the filter cartridge cover to put it into operation. After the pump is started, the pressure gauge on the filter slightly rises, with an initial pressure of about 0.05 MPa. As the usage time increases, the amount of filter residue in the cylinder gradually increases. When the pressure reaches 0.4 MPa, the machine should be stopped and the cylinder cover should be opened to check the residue left in the filter bag. The filter bag can be replaced and continued to be used (the filter bag can generally be reused after cleaning). The pressure of the filter machine is generally adjusted to 0.1-0.3 MPa, which can be adjusted through the reflux pipeline or the reflux valve on the pump. If the filtration pressure is too high, it will damage the filter bag and protective net, and special attention should be paid.
